DEEP C Industrial Park Complex is a system of industrial parks and seaports developed and operated by Belgian investors in Hai Phong city and Quang Ninh province - the most dynamic development area of Northern Vietnam.

DEEP C started with the DEEP C Hai Phong I industrial park development project (formerly known as Dinh Vu Industrial Park) in 1997, a partnership model between Belgian investor Rent-A-Port and Hai Phong City People's Committee.

Over 24 years of establishment and development, DEEP C has continuously expanded to three industrial parks in Hai Phong and two industrial parks in Quang Ninh, forming the DEEP C Industrial Park Complex with an area of 3,400 hectares. in the center of infrastructure development and manufacturing of the region, with close proximity to the international airport, deep-water port and highway system.

BEC is the unit that directly designs, constructs and operates the project. With the cooperation, customers can save more than 100 million electricity bills every year without having to spend any money.
