BEC demonstrated the BESS energy storage system at the launching ceremony of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Award in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the morning of May 31, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade combination United States Agency for International Development (USAID) organized the launching ceremony of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Award in Ho Chi Minh City (EEA) 2023. The ceremony attracted the participation of many departments, departments, businesses and partners in the energy industry.

In space of the launching ceremony, in addition to the important dissemination of information and experience in implementing solutions to use energy efficiently and encouraging organizations and individuals to implement, Bestiani had the opportunity to demonstrate the energy storage battery system”Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)"in the field of commerce and industry. They had the opportunity to learn about the system's high performance, scalability, and flexibility, and discussed the prospects and growth opportunities in this area.

The BESS energy storage system has become an important solution to solving the challenges of stable and flexible power supply in industrial and commercial buildings. Known as an innovative technology, BESS not only helps to optimize the process of using excess solar energy from the system, but also creates a sustainable living and working environment, while reducing costs. and negative impact on the environment.

Mr. Pham Van Loc, Project Development Manager of BEC, shared: “We are honored to participate in this event and introduce the first BESS energy storage system in Vietnam. This is an important step forward in the application of solar technology to the industrial and commercial sectors. As a developing economy, Vietnam needs to make the most of its existing renewable energy capacity. With the continued expansion of various renewable energy sources including rooftop solar power, Vietnam needs to manage and reduce pressure on the power grid. Energy Storage Systems (BESSs) play an important role in providing valuable services to the power system while allowing more use of existing renewable electricity output.
